Nadya Madzhurova, RN, BSN, MBA, is a licensed Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical, administrative, and leadership experience spanning home health, case management, and quality assurance. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and aesthetic artistry to Vallure MedSpa, helping patients achieve natural, confident, and rejuvenated results.

With advanced training in injectables, biostimulators, PRP/PRF, PDO threads, and facial anatomy and balancing, Nadya is skilled in different facial rejuvenation techniques. Her approach emphasizes patient safety, natural-looking outcomes, and individualized care, drawing on her strong foundation in patient assessment, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Prior to founding Vallure MedSpa, Nadya led cross-functional teams in home health and nursing management, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and staff education programs. She has a proven track record of enhancing clinical performance, mentoring healthcare professionals, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Licensed in Illinois and Texas, Nadya combines her years of healthcare leadership with hands-on aesthetic training to provide a professional, safe, and personalized experience for every client at Vallure MedSpa.
